Practical information
A basic stand at the digital fairs includes a platform with the essential information about your institution along with 1 presentation film (20 seconds), 1 mini-webinar (3 minutes), 1 line for chat, 1 line for video meetings, and the opportunity for livestream. You register with a basic stand in the regions where you want to participate. Next, you can choose to order additional content for your stand such as channels, webinars and extra lines for chat/video. These add-ons will make your stand ‘bigger’ and allow for more information and content. You can read more about stand solutions and content here.
For many international exhibitor, the basic stand without any add-ons will be sufficient. Others will find it necessary to increase the content and capacity on their stand by ordering channels, webinars and additional lines for chat and video.
- The number of lines needed for chat and video depends on expected traffic on your stand and how many representatives you need to answer queries at the same time.
- The need for channels depends on whether you want to highlight specific programs or subject areas within your institution. A channel will contain much of the same features and functions as the basic stand.
- Webinars are a great way of presenting information about your institution or specific programs you offer. The webinars will be available on demand for visitors both during and after the fairs. Read more about webinars here.
